We accept product returns within 7 days of purchase provided the original packing is intact and it has not been opened. The transport costs for sending the product back to us is covered by the customer.

Custom-made orders such as sofas or bed frames dressed with a designated by the customer fabric, mattresses and mattress protectors and covers produced with custom made dimensions as well as furniture products painted in the color selected by the customer are not subject to change and our company will not accept these product returns.

Furthermore it is the client / customer’s full responsibility to provide accurate and correct dimensions for the items he wishes to purchase from ELEMENTI INTERIOR. Should the dimensions provided by the customer / client be wrong, the goods cannot be returned.

Change /Cancellation of order

We accept to modify or cancel your order provided it has not yet been delivered. In this case the customer must contact us in person calling 210-9966775 or send an email to info@stockparty.gr.

Ιn case of product returns, the company will immediately refund the value of the product making a bank deposit in the name of the customer as written on the order form (the costs for packing and sending the goods are not refunded).
In the event of products been returned, these will only be accepted along with the sales receipt or invoice and provided that the product is intact, in its original state and that the packing has not been damaged.
For the above reasons we recommend that the customer performs a complete check up of the product received upon delivery.
